Save Rules are designed to facilitate the automatic saving and updating of data within a workflow. These rules help in capturing and preserving essential information at various stages of the workflow, ensuring data integrity and availability for future steps or analysis.
Save
Allows the Domain specialist to specify the data destination: Profile or Workflow Context;t and data source: Profile, Workflow Context, Expression, and Result of a previous card (Form Answers; Picked Record; Action result etc…)
Manage Role
Allows the domain specialists to change user roles based on the workflow data.
Unassign all roles: if checked all of the user roles will be dropped in favor of new roles. If unchecked new roles will be added to the list of roles the user has.
Add one more rule: allows to creation of an additional role management rule. Domain specialists will be prompted to choose where the role is assigned or unassigned. To choose where a template role or a usual one will be taken action on and to choose the specific role or a template that will be assigned or unassigned to the user.
Assign as a main role: If checked will make the new role the main role of a user.
